Motivation

All of you who are asking "do we really need another dance music page at the web?" should read the following lines. The rest of you should enjoy our site without any hesitation.

Do you know that? You were visiting some kind of dancing party and had a lot of fun. Suddenly they played this lovely song that you can't get out of your head since then. You asked the DJ how it is called, but he refused with the words "I'm sorry but I can't help you, because our mp3 files don't have real names. All I know is that the singer is called something like 'xyz'".
First thing you do at home is to goole for the song, but after a while you decide to take a shower instead.
Fresh and clean you go one with your google search and - really! - hit number 186 is the thread of a forum where 'Ballroomdancer23' asked for the song. Another user posted a link where to get the cd. You managed it!
For all of you who made the same experiences I have created these pages; where everyone can ask for songs (within the forum) or insert new ones. To get the things going we already filled the database with more than 1500 songs. You will find there everything from ballroom classics to very uncommon songs. This shows the only rule we have: It has to be danceable!

I hope you will make intensive use of this site what means to insert new songs or asking for unknown in the forum. If you find some errors please contact me ...and now: Have fun!
