Who does visit this site regularly may have wondered why the welcome page was not updated.

This is because we needed some regeneration after investigating a lot of our spare time in this project. In the future this will be changed. Therefore you may find some new things at this page at your next visit. Stay tuned!

We improved this web site a lot. This inludes new layouts, internationalization of the whole site and better integration of the functionalities. The new user management is supposed to be an eye-catcher: Login once, use everything personalized.

The list of improvements:

• Layouts: Every user can chose one of the three brand new layouts (work for layout 2 and 3 still in progress)
• Languages: The site is available in German and English and will be translated to French, Spanish, Portuguese und Italian soon
• User management: Use all functionalities like forum, chat, dance music or dancing school management with one login
• Ads: The 'Ads' area - containing dancing schools, events, dancing lessons and small advertisements - has been completely rebuild. It's possible for a dancing school or association to manage its events and lessons directly
• Dancing partner search: The dancing partner search has been renovated and extended with a lot of new funtionality. It is also possible to include it in your web site
• Dance music database: The dance music database has been reviewed to work smoothly with Internet Explorer, too
• Forum: We do have a new and better forum
• Chat: The old chat has been replaced by a new one that shows how many users are chatting and does not save old entries
• ...and there are much more new things that you might find out when using hobby-tanzen.de
